Every job we complete comes with a 20 year written company guarantee covering both workmanship and the materials we supply and fit. It is a document you keep, not a promise on the doorstep.
A guarantee you can hold in your hand
Anyone can say their work will last. The useful test is what a roofer is prepared to put in writing. When we sign off a job, you receive a written guarantee that covers the work we did and the materials we used for 20 years.
We have been trading for 20 years, and we would much rather do a roof once and properly than come back to it. The guarantee is how we hold ourselves to that.
What the 20 year guarantee covers
- Workmanship: stripping, preparation, underlay, battens, fixing, lead and flashings, ridges, verges, valleys and finishing.
- Materials we supply: tiles, slates, membranes, EPDM, timber, fixings, lead, fascias, soffits and guttering.
- Keeping water out: if water gets in through work we completed, we come back and put it right.
- Defects: any fault in materials we supplied, or in how they were fitted, corrected at no cost to you.
- One point of contact: you ring us, not a manufacturer.
No chasing a manufacturer
Some roofing guarantees are really two: a short warranty on labour from the contractor, and a separate manufacturer warranty on materials that you are left to pursue yourself. Ours covers the whole installation, so there is never any doubt about who to call.
The guarantee covers the work we carried out. It does not cover parts of the roof we did not work on, or damage caused afterwards by something outside our control, such as a falling tree or someone else working on the roof. Your written guarantee sets out exactly what is included.

When do I get the guarantee?
When the job is finished and signed off. Keep it with your house paperwork.
Does it cover small repairs too?
Yes, the guarantee covers the work we carry out. For a repair, that is the part of the roof we repaired, and your paperwork will say so.
What if I sell the house?
Ask us about transferring it when you sell. A written roofing guarantee is a useful document to hand to a buyer.
How do I make a claim?
